My name is Eva Scott and I specialize in Barbecue in Southern Cajun cuisine along with crafting made from Scratch sweet treats. In 2022, I became a certified chef to further refine my culinary skills, my husband Tavoy Scott, proudly claims the title grill master. Growing up I spent my summers in the kitchen with my grandmother.
